The home offers 3 levels of living space. The entry level features a spacious gourmet kitchen with an adjacent dining area that seats 8 guests, and an island that offers additional seating. There is also a state-of-the- art laundry room. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you need to prepare meals for 10. Outside the kitchen is a gas grill, and we provide the gas.

Next to the kitchen, you enter an inviting living room with a fireplace for those quiet and relaxed visits in front of a large sliding door that brings the vista views into the room and offers access to the front porch. The master suite, with a king bed, a television, and a large bathroom with double sinks, a large shower, a bathtub, and a huge walk-in closet. The master bedroom also offers a large sliding door to the front porch, and you can almost see the views from the bed.

Upstairs you'll find a peaceful sitting area between two matching king bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each bedroom offers privacy from the rest of the home, and each bedroom has a television. There is also plenty of closet space for longer stays! Outside the bedrooms is a full bath. There’s even a skylight in the shower!

The entertainment level is the heart of this home, and where you'll want to spend all your time. Plush, large, and elegant, it is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing! It offers a seating area with a large-screen television, a pool table, a game/card table, and a dry bar with refrigerator. The bedroom on this level features a king size bed and is situated next to another full bath. In addition, there is a pull-out sofa (queen size bed). This home sleeps 8 guests in beds and 2 on the sofa sleeper. We do not provide linens for the sofa sleeper.

The hot tub is accessed through the walk-out sliding doors on this level, and is fenced for total privacy. A rustic stone fire pit in the front yard is perfect for a marshmallow roast or a cozy bonfire (wood is provided). This property allows the kids to run and play throughout the property. Enjoy the fresh air and plenty of land to roam! Take a nice walk or bike ride. Nature is easy to find here, and there is trail access right down the street.

Some of this home's other features include flat screen televisions in all bedrooms, the living room and the lower level, a DVD player, dedicated wireless internet, and free access to the swimming pools, fitness center, and other amenities found at the Galena Territory Owner's Club.

Please note that this is a 3-level home. There are a few stairs to access the entry level, where you will find the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The upper and entertainment levels are accessed by stairs.
